Balsamic Cream is a seasoning based only on "Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P." obtained mediated a cold preparation that prevents its carbonization of sugars. The choice of ingredients is scrupulous and careful in order to enhance the classic flavor of the "Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P." without inflang its taste and aroma. The dense and clinging composition of this Cream is ideal for decorating and flavoring any dish. Delicious in any culinary use, from appetizer to dessert, to garnish canapés and cured meats, on meat, prawns, strawberries and vanilla ice cream. Added to oil, salt and pepper, it is the classic vinaigrette for the dressing of each salad.
