Carbon Black Ale

Definitely dark with purple reflections.
The compact, persistent and fine-grained foam is cappuccino-colored.
The first striking notes on the nose are those of cocoa and fruit, followed by slightly herbaceous hints.
In the mouth it is confirmed with a sweet bite, hints of chocolate and coffee aroma that blend into an engaging and velvety bouquet to finish with the non-aggressive but prolonged bitterness of the hops. We gladly drink it every time we want to reward ourselves with a full-bodied and aromatic sip of beer.
We recommend it in combination with: roasts, complex meat dishes, sumptuous grills, mortadella or… Chocolate.
