VINES: Barbera 50%, Bonarda 25%, Cabernet Sauvignon 25%
MEDIA PRODUCTION FOR HECTARE: 65 tons
VINIFICATION AND AFFINATION: produced with selected grapes from company plots with particularly favorable exposures. It is only marketed from October of the year following bottling to allow an indispensable refinement in the bottle.
DIRADAMENT: Selection of the best 60 days before the harvest.
HARVEST: Manual with special selection of bunches.
ORGANOLETTIC FEATURES: wine of great softness and roundness. Ruby red color, with characteristic and intense scent, slightly winey with hints of red berry fruit and spicy shades. On the palate it is soft body and rightly tannic and harmonious.
ABBINAMENTS: This parmesan red is ideal for appetizers of cured meats, important first courses, second meat and mature cheeses.
