VITIGNI: Barbera 70%, Bonarda 15%, Merlot 15%

MEDIA PRODUCTION FOR ETTARO: 70 tons

VINIFICATION AND AFFINATION: produced with selected grapes from well-exposed company vineyards that allow a complete maturation. Vinified according to the most classic Parmesan tradition, it is put in the bottle in the spring after the harvest, after natural fermentation.

DIRADAMENT: Selection of the best 60 days before the harvest.

SALEM: Manual with special selection of bunches.

ORGANOLETTICHE FEATURES: clear, ruby red, with scent, slightly winey characteristic in which stand out hints of red fruit. Soft, savory and quite warm taste, rightly tannic and harmonious.

ABBINAMENTS: This parmesan red is indispensable companion of appetizers of cured meats, important first courses, stewed meats, roasts of white and red meats.
