Service Description
parmasapori by Parmalook by Matteo Agoletti, with a legal and administrative headquarters in Via Partigiani d'Italia 12, 43010, Pontetaro, Parma (PR) (below "parmasapori"), makes available to all users the opportunity to buy their products via the Internet (below "Products"), via the website www.parmasapori.it (below "Site"), of which ParmaLook is its sole exclusive owner.
Offer to the public
The Products with their prices as present on the Site, constitute an offer to the public in accordance with the modalities specified in the Site itself. The terms of this offer apply only to purchases made on the website mentioned above.
The purchase agreements signed on the Site and with the subject of the Products (below "Purchase Contracts" or simply "Contracts") are concluded with parmasapori.
Prices
All Product Prices listed on the Site include VAT.
The delivery costs (below "Delivery Expenses") and the expenses related to the additional services made available by parmasapori, are borne by the customer and adequately detailed in the Purchase Order.
Products are subject to the Price highlighted on the Site, at the time of the submission of the Order, without any consideration of previous offers or any changes in Price that occurred later.
Orders
Purchase orders must be made online through the order procedure on the Site.
In order to complete the Purchase Order, the customer will be able to enter in the appropriate form the required data, necessary to make the purchase.
The Customer successfully concludes the Order Procedure if the Site does not show any error message (the system cannot detect errors in reference to the data entered by the Customer in the field dedicated to addresses for billing and shipping). The Purchase Agreement will be concluded between parmasapori and the Customer when parmasaporireceives the Order.
In this case, parmasapori to receivethe Order by sending an order confirmation email(below "Confirmation of Order") to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation will summarize the chosen Products, their Prices (including Delivery Charges), the delivery address, the order number (below "Order Number").
ParmaSapori reminds the customer to check with the utmost attention and care the correctness of the data contained in the Confirmation of Order and to communicate to parmasapori within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receiving the same any corrections.
The Order Number, generated by the system and communicated by parmasapori, must be used by the Customer in any communication with parmasapori.
It may occur occasionally in the unavailable of the Products offered, in this case, if the Products chosen by the customer are not, in all or part, available, parmasapori will notify the Customer.
How to pay
The payment of the Order must be made at the time of forwarding to parmasapori of the Order itself and must be made online following the directions on the Site itself.
ParmaSapori will issue an invoice or tax payment relatingto the Order of Purchase, sending them to the person in charge of the Order.
Information and Complaints Support Services
You may have information about the Support Services, including after-sales support, as well as for forwarding any complaints (below "Support Services") by contacting parmasapori through the channels listed in the"Contacts"sectionof the Site.
Cancel Purchase Order
If you wish to cancel your Order, you can cancel within 24 (twenty-four) hours of payment, at no additional cost.
In this case, parmasapori will reimburse the customer for the full amount paid by reimbursement on the same channel used for payment.
In the event of the cancellation of the Order after 24 (twenty-four) hours, ParmaLook will reimburse the Customer for the amount paid reduced the costs of Delivery, through the same methods as above.
Treatment of personal data
Customer's data is processed by parmasapori in accordance with the data protection regulations, as specified in the policy provided in the appropriate "GDPR privacy statement"pageof the site.

Each communication can be directed to parmasapori using the contact channels listed in the"Contacts"sectionof the Site.
