VINIFICATION AND AFFINATION: produced with selected grapes from well-exposed company vineyards that allow a complete maturation. Ified in white, with temperature-controlled fermentation.
DIRADAMENT: Selection of the best 60 days before the harvest.
SALEM: Manual with special selection of bunches.
ORGANOLETTICHE FEATURES: clear, straw-yellow with greenish reflections, intense, delicate and characteristic scent in which stand out floral scents of acacia and hawthorn. Dry taste, savory quite warm.
ABBINAMENTS: pleasant as a wine from all meals, prefers delicate appetizers, dry soups, fish, seafood and tender cheeses.
Great as an aperitif.
